The centuries old concept of Steam Bathing is today an integral part
of every Health Club. The gentle stimulation of warm soothing steam
is relaxing, relieves tension, eases aching muscles, tones and keeps
you fresh and radiant. Steam is a wonderful aid for cleaning your
body by encouraging the body to sweat, which in turn gets rid of unwanted
toxins and removes excess fat.
BOILER: The Boiler is fabricated from thick gauge S.S. Plates
to avoid corrosion and for long life. Inorder to heat the water immersion
heaters of the required K.W. Rating having I.S.I. Spec.no. 302/1973
are provided. Electronic Water Level Controller alongwith a Solenoid
valve is used to maintain the water level in Boiler. The Steam that
is generated in Boiler comes out from the steam outlet provided at
the top. As a safety measure a spring loaded adjustable type safety
valve is also provided. At the bottom of the Boiler a blowdown valve
is provided to flush out any sediments which, if not flushed out can
accumulate & destroy the heater & boiler.
CONTROL PANEL: The above Boiler is fully automatic and is controlled
by an Electronic Temperature Indicator cum Controller. To maintain
a steady temperature in the Steam Room, the temperature controller
has to be adjusted to the temperature required and the heaters will
be controlled automatically with the help of the contactor.The Timer{German
make of 2hr rating} can also be used to control the Boiler to switch
‘Off’ at any set time.
SAFETY ARRANGEMENT: To prevent any short circuit from taking
place, a mini circuit breaker and kit kat fuses are provided.
