The carefully controlled dry heat of the Sauna is the ultimate way
to relax the nerves, muscles and to relieve tension aches, pains and
give immense pleasure and relief to the Mind & Body. Sauna enables
you to get rid of body odour and toxins by profuse perspiration and
stimulates Blood Circulation to all important body parts, which in
turn imparts a healthy glow and sheen to the skin, and also reduces
extra fat.
Construction of Room : (To be done by customer. Carpenter can
be provided) The Sauna cabin is fabricated from Pine or Dodhar Wood
or from BWP plywood, doubled walled and in between the walls Glass-wool
is packed, inorder to insulate the Sauna Room and avoid any heat loss.
The roof height should be maintained at 6 to 7 ft. This room can very
easily be constructed by any carpenter at site. If you want to avoid
using Glass-wool insulation, then you will have to use thick wooden
panels.
Sauna Heater
: In
order to dissipate the heat fast, Finned Air Heaters having a low
watt density, for long life, will be used. These heaters will be housed
in a rigid Mild Steel frame work, which will have Stainless Steel
panels on all four sides having a number of Air Vent holes for free
flow of air. A Stainless Steel container will be provided on top,
to keep the Peridotite Stone or Rock.
Controls : The Sauna Air Heater will be completely automatic.
All you have to do is to switch on the system and set the Thermostat
at the temperature you desire, and the heaters will be controlled
automatically.A Dial type temperature indicator will be provided to
indicate the temperature of Sauna Room.The 4 & 6 K.W. units, will
be provided with an Electronic type Temperature Indicator cum Controller.
Since the heart of the system is the Contactor, the best quality will
be used. The Control Panel will be fitted with Indicating Lamps to
indicate whether the heaters are ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’.
For convienience of operation, an Electronic Timer (German Make) of
two hours rating will be provided.
Safety Arrangments : A Mini circuit breaker, of the required
rating, will be provided, along with Kit-kat Fuses.
Amain switch with Fuse will have to be provided by customers and will
have to be fitted on the wall and close to the control panel.

wood panelling of sauna Room) required at site, also providing Main
switch, Peridotite stones or rocks to be arranged by the purchaser.
